I just found these pictures from a really long time ago and decided they were weather and blog appropriate. I was hanging out with this awesome child in Berkeley when I saw this awesome old VW Beetle. Only in Berkeley could you find a Beetle this old in this good condition, so we seized the moment and had a mini impromptu photoshoot (you can see his look here)
I have since broken these amazing flats, but while I had them they were a beauty. I'm actually a little mad at what bad quality they ended up being--usually Shoedazzle gives a little better quality than this. The straps just fell out and it didn't take much to scuff and tear up the points. Anywho, these were AMAZING shoes and I'm definitely on the lookout for some higher quality ones like them (Shoemint's $40 bribes are becoming ever more enticing...)
With this outfit, I was really channeling some Art History teacher vibes. Ms. Weiss, the said Art History teacher, likes to pair easy pants, flowy tops, and scarves for an elegant yet put together look. Throw up your hair in a messy bun and your #WokeUpLikeThis look is complete. I'm not totally sure how much I like this look in retrospect, but you can help me out...right?
